These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pups in Tubs website (pupsintubs.com) and the grooming, bathing, and related pet care services we provide. By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
Pups in Tubs is a professional dog and cat grooming salon located at 10019 Commerce Ave, Tujunga, CA 91042. We provide grooming services by appointment and limited walk-in services such as nail trims, subject to availability.
3. Appointments and Booking
- All grooming services are by appointment. Appointments can be booked by calling (818) 293-3200, through our online booking system, or by visiting our salon.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons, including aggressive behavior, untreated medical conditions, or other circumstances that compromise the safety of your pet, our staff, or other animals in our care.
4. Pet Owner Responsibilities
By booking with Pups in Tubs, you certify that:
- You are the legal owner of the pet, or you have permission from the owner to authorize grooming services.
- You have disclosed any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, or special needs your pet has.
- Your pet is current on vaccinations, including rabies. We may request proof of vaccination.
- Your pet is healthy and not exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness on the day of service.
5. Services and Pricing
- Prices listed on our website are starting rates. Final pricing depends on your pet’s breed, size, coat condition, temperament, matting, and any add-on services requested.
- We will review pricing with you before beginning service when factors warrant additional charges.
- Payment is due at the time service is completed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription packages renew monthly until canceled. To cancel a subscription, contact us at least 7 days before your next renewal date. Unused services within a billing cycle do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise stated.
7. Liability
Pups in Tubs cares for every pet with the highest level of professional skill and attention. However, grooming carries inherent risks. Please see our Pet Safety & Grooming Policy for full details on liability, pre-existing conditions, photo release, and risks specific to grooming services.
8. Website Use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without our written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on pupsintubs.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Pups in Tubs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
