We understand that life happens and plans change. To protect our schedule, our groomers’ time, and our ability to serve every pet on our books, we have the following cancellation policy.
1. Booking Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm all appointments:
- Standard appointments: $25 deposit required at the time of booking
- Full-service grooming, large dogs, or multi-pet appointments: $50 deposit required at the time of booking
Your deposit is applied directly to the cost of your service. If the service cost is less than your deposit, the difference will be refunded or credited to your next visit.
2. Cancellation Notice
To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by calling (818) 293-3200 or replying to your appointment confirmation.
When you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be:
- Applied to your rescheduled appointment, or
- Refunded in full upon request
3. Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which will be charged against the deposit on file. Your remaining deposit balance will be refunded or held as credit toward a future appointment.
4. No-Show Fee
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, this is considered a no-show.
- No-show fee: $25, charged against your deposit on file
- Repeat no-shows may result in being required to prepay in full for any future bookings, or being declined service.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late:
- We can hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes with a phone call
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the late cancellation fee
- We do this to keep the day’s schedule running on time for all our pet families
6. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly subscription packages can be canceled at any time by contacting us at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations within 30 days of the billing date will take effect the following month.
7. Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen — sudden illness, family emergencies, severe weather, or unexpected events. Please call us as soon as possible if something unavoidable comes up. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refunds
Deposits and fees are processed promptly. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
